2. Privacy and Confidentiality
  • All client documents and information are strictly confidential.

  • We use physical and digital security measures, including secure storage and encrypted delivery platforms.

  • We will not share or disclose client information, except as required by law.

  • Clients are encouraged to follow our instructions for secure document submission.

3. Client Responsibility
  • Clients are responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of documents before submission.

  • DocuLegal Express is not responsible for:

    • Errors in client-provided documents.

    • Misuse of translated, notarized, or apostilled documents.

    • Delays or losses caused by third parties (mail, courier, external events).

  • We recommend keeping original copies and reviewing all deliveries before using them officially.

4. Payments and Methods
  • All payments must be made before service delivery.

  • Accepted methods:

    • PayPal

    • Zelle

    • Bank deposit

  • Electronic payments may incur a convenience fee.

  • Clients will receive invoices or receipts for all services.

5. Refunds and Cancellations
  • Services already started or completed are non-refundable, except when quality standards are not met.

  • Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • For next-day services, cancellations must be requested the same day.

  • Services in advanced stages or delivered cannot be refunded.

6. Certified Translation and Document Delivery
  • Certified translations are performed by professional certified translators and are valid for official procedures.

  • Delivery options:

    • PDF via email (can be combined with other options).

    • Pickup at our office in The Woodlands, Texas.

    • Secure postal delivery.

  • Report any errors within 7 days of delivery.

  • Always review translations before submitting to third parties.

7. Third-Party Document Approval
  • We do not guarantee approval of documents with private or government agencies.

  • Third-party decisions, including government offices, consulates, or private companies, are beyond our control.

  • DocuLegal Express prepares documents professionally, but final acceptance is determined by third parties.

8. Document Shipping Policy
  • Shipping responsibility:

    • DocuLegal Express ensures that all document shipments are handled with care and sent securely using reliable courier services with tracking.

    • However, we are not responsible for loss, delay, or damage caused by third parties, including postal services, private couriers, or customs procedures for international shipments.

  • Security and tracking:

    • All shipments will receive a tracking number so the client can monitor the delivery status.

    • Clients are advised to keep copies of their documents prior to shipping, especially originals or important documents.

  • Sensitive or urgent documents:

    • For sensitive, urgent, or high-value documents, we recommend using insured shipping or a combination of physical and digital delivery.

    • Clients are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information (address, contact, recipient) is accurate and complete.

  • Delivery times:

    • Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by external factors outside the control of DocuLegal Express, such as weather, courier delays, or customs processes.

    • In case of delays, the company will inform the client promptly and provide assistance in tracking the shipment.

  • Delivery confirmation:

    • DocuLegal Express will notify the client once the documents are received at our office or delivered to the final recipient, as applicable.

9. Age and Legal Capacity

Services from DocuLegal Express can only be requested by individuals 18 years or older, or by someone with the authorization of a legal guardian.
By using our services, the client confirms they have the legal capacity to submit documents and provide confidential information about themselves or other authorized individuals.

10. Membership in Professional Associations

DocuLegal Express is an active member of:

  • National Notary Association (NNA)

These memberships ensure that we adhere to ethical standards, professionalism, and continuous training, guaranteeing the quality of our services.
